of beautiful, private land in Millcreek Canyon. The menu includes
items such as Utah Buffalo Tenderloin, Ricotta Gnocchi, Grilled
Prawns, Roasted Halibut, Venison Loin, Duck Breast, Veal Ribeye,
Wild King Salmon Chop, and more. They are also available for weddings
and parties, and feature private dining areas for a few as 10 people,
or reception areas for as many as 500.
